11/11/24 Updates

We're pleased to announce two new features for you.

Copy Projects from Prior Terms, in Bulk!

It is now possible to use a bulk action to copy multiple projects from prior terms to your current Project Library. This creates a new copy of the project - with all evidence, tagged skills and Google templates still attached - to your Project Library, in the current term.

Three quick steps:
  1. Navigate to a prior term that contains one or more projects you want to copy into your current Project Library
  2. Click on the filter button to reveal the blue Bulk Action button and then click that Bulk Action button
  3. Select one or more projects and click the blue Copy to Current Term button

Any copied projects will have the same name as your original projects, with "COPY" appended to the name. We strongly recommend that you rename the project to remove "COPY" from the learner-facing title. There is no problem reusing the same name that you used in prior terms, or you may wish to customize it further.

Remove Portfolio Grades

Sometimes you realize that you've entered a Class Portfolio grade by accident, and want to make it blank. To make this easy,  when you open a Class Portfolio, you now have a link just under the Current Portfolio Grade that you can use to remove the current rating.

Important! Removing an Override rating does not automatically sync the portfolio grade to the Suggested Grade. Removing an Override rating enters a blank rating that will remain in place until you enter another Override or click Use Suggested.

COMING SOON: Our new DROP/ADD roster support feature will notify teachers of roster changes and let them move learner data such as projects and portfolio grades from one class to another.
