4/5/23 Updates

4/5/23 Updates

We have another small batch of LiFT updates that have been implemented for you. Here is a summary of changes we've just released.

New Report Format

We have updated the look and feel of LiFT Reports. They are still available in any combination of sections that include Class Summary, Class Detail and Global Skills Report. They now also include the possibility of Learner Ratings and Learner Narratives.

When you start thinking about an upcoming need for reports, reach out to your LIFT Support Team to discuss the best combination of features to meet your needs.

Filters for Combined Portfolios

To clean up the Combined Portfolios page so that the Skills themselves are the first focus, there is now a Filter icon/button that tucks the filters out of sight until needed.

Click on the Filter icon/button and the Combined Portfolio filters will open up for you to filter by Assigned Skills, Approved Skills (Completed), or Skills Required for Graduation, or any combination of those filters.

Project Archive Function Now Available in Your Projects Workspace

We recently added the ability to Archive projects in your Project Library - note the archive icon to the right of each project.

We've now added that same functionality in your Projects workspace - it's now one of the options when you click on the three dots to the right of each project.

What does it mean to archive a Project? It just moves a Project from within the current term to out of sight. Most likely this is a Project that everyone has completed (or even just some students) and no longer needs to access . Yes, you can archive it for just some students in a class. Archiving the Project will remove it from your Projects workspace (upon page refresh) and from the Learner's workspace, including their Evidence table. Any Evidence ratings that have been added to Portfolios will remain in those Portfolios and any data pulls. If necessary, you can unarchive the Project in your Project Library where the Project remains.
