Assign Learners

A Project lives in your Project Library until it is assigned to Learners in one or more of your Classes. Once a Project is assigned to Learners, all Teachers also assigned to that Class have access to the Project and to interact with the Learners assigned to the Project.

If you wish to share a Project with other teachers before you share it with your Learners, you can assign it to a dummy student account in a class you share with the other teachers. If you need to do this, consult with your LiFT Facilitator to have a dummy student account created and/or assigned to the class shared with other teachers.

Assign Learners

Click on orange Project Title box, open Assigned Learners tab.


Click on the blue Add New Learners button.


Select the Class that includes the Learners you wish to assign.


Select the Learners you wish to assign, click on blue Add button. You can select all, or individual learners.


View all Assigned Learners

You can also check and delete Learners here. If you delete a Learner who has already started a Project, a copy of that Project will be made for that Learner and will remain in the Class and the Learner’s Project Library.
