How to Communicate with Your Class

How to Communicate with Your Class

You can easily communicate with your class in the Classes > Projects module.

  1. Select an Evidence in a Project.
  2. Click on the blue Bulk Action button in the upper right corner.
  3. Select on one or more individual students, or Select All and de-select students.
  4. Click on the blue Send Comment button. (If it's not blue, you haven't yet selected any students.)
  5. Enter your comment and hit Send.

Pro Tip

Remember that you can use the filtering numbers in the center panel. If you want to send a note to everyone who has not yet started on their Marketing Abstract, click on the number in the first column to the right of that Evidence. The right panel will then filter to show only those who status is Assigned. Click on Bulk Action and Select All, and you can easily send them a gentle (or not-so-gentle) nudge to get started.
