How to Use Google Forms in LiFT
Google Forms is a great way to gather information from your learners. Here’s how it works in LiFT.
Under settings, choose "allow response editing"
Check your settings, and click Send. Choose "Send via Link"
Copy the link to paste it into a Project.
Paste the Google Forms link into Step Information. You may wish to add additional instructions for clarity, at least the first time your students use Google Forms in LIFT.
Alternatively, you can include the Google Forms link as a Step Evidence Resource.
Create an Evidence to receive the survey results in LiFT
(optional - you don’t need to do this if you only want to view the results in Google Forms)
What Your Students Do
They'll click on the link to take the survey. If you created an Evidence for them to submit survey results in LiFT:
What You Get Back
Of course, you’ll automatically receive their responses from your Google Forms folder. To also review their responses in LiFT, just open the project and view the artifact. It will display right in your LiFT page, ready for feedback.
